This project was in Princeton Idaho in late October to December 2022, a FedEx Delivery Driver drove over an abandoned water well, this was a pipe sticking about `15-18″ above the ground they tore off the well cap and ripped a hole in the trucks Oil Pan spilling all the oil onto the ground and into the water well. EnviroConsulting did water testing post accident, and post cleanup as an independent third party Environmental Consulting Firm to verify water met EPA Clean Water Act (CWA) and Clean Drinking Water Act (CDWA) requirements post cleanup. EnviroConsulting wrote the Final report for the Idaho Department Of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) providing the required Documentation and Reporting to close the cleanup.
Underground Storage Tank for Gasoline
This project was in the winter at Underground Storage Tank (UST) site for storage of Gasoline located that provided gasoline for boats at a Marina. This was during the Winter after a recent snowstorm the night before, in fact it was snowing during most of the work that day. Core drills were made using a Geo-probe up to 40 feet in depth, these sampled were sniffed using a PID meter. Samples were collected from depths where contaminants were detected, these samples were recorded and sent with a Chain of Custody (COC) for third party analysis, and just like with the other site a report was written and sent to the State Agency Associated with the site.
